Can nasolabial folds really improve without fillers?+
Yes, within realistic limits. Energy-based treatments tighten skin and rebuild collagen so folds look softer and less shadowed. Very deep folds may soften rather than disappear — we'll give you an honest assessment at your consultation.
How is this different from getting filler?+
Filler adds volume into or near the crease; our approach firms and thickens your own skin so the fold has more natural support. There is nothing injected, nothing to dissolve, and the improvement develops gradually as your collagen rebuilds.
What about marionette lines specifically?+
Marionette lines respond to the same combination — RF microneedling and radiofrequency along the lower face, with Ultherapy for deeper lifting support. Because they sit near the jawline, treatment often improves early jowling at the same time.
How many sessions will I need?+
Most clients do best with a short series — commonly 2–4 sessions spaced several weeks apart — though it depends on skin condition and how deep the folds are.
Is there any downtime?+
Minimal downtime for many clients. RF microneedling can cause about 24 hours of redness similar to a mild sunburn; radiofrequency and Ultherapy sessions typically involve brief redness that settles quickly. Temporary swelling or tenderness can occur.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?+
Early firming can appear within a few weeks, with the fuller change over 2–6 months as collagen remodels. Meaningful improvement typically lasts around 12–18 months before a maintenance session helps sustain it. Some clients report longer-lasting improvement.
