Thermage vs Morpheus8: Key Differences
Thermage uses monopolar radiofrequency delivered through a treatment tip on the skin; Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency delivered through microneedles that enter the skin. Both use RF energy, but the delivery method, treatment settings and recovery considerations differ.
Thermage is generally discussed for non-invasive firming and the appearance of wrinkles or laxity. Although its tip contacts the surface, its heating effect is not limited to the skin's surface. Morpheus8 is generally discussed for texture, acne-scar appearance and laxity; its needles make it minimally invasive rather than non-invasive.
