I am extremely pleased with my experience at James’s Newport Beach location. I came in feeling unhappy with the changes I was seeing in my face, especially the tired and hollow appearance around my eyes, enlarged pores, and sagging beneath my jawline and chin. James listened carefully, understood my concerns, and made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. The difference has been amazing. My face looks tighter, my jawline appears more defined, and I look refreshed and rejuvenated. I honestly feel like I jumped into the fountain of youth! Everyone has been complimenting me and noticing how good I look. James didn’t just improve my appearance—he gave me my youth and confidence back. I finally feel like myself again. I am truly grateful and very pleased with the care and service I received. I plan to continue allowing James to treat my face, and I would gladly recommend him to others.
